Made our Farm House feel like a breeze…and smell like a rose.

We got a deal on a house with property that was saturated in cat urine and had been described as a giant litter box.  Lets just say when demo was done, there were no walls, floors, doors or windows.  But you could see the one working toilet from every angle of the house ;0)

  • Sanitized cat urine from joists and studs
  • New sub-floor
  • New plumbing
  • Redesigned layout of inside
  • Re-framed interior walls
  • New drywall and paint
  • New windows and doors
  • New siding and paint
  • Kitchen remodel – new cabinets, appliances, tile counter tops and back splash, recessed can lighting
  • New flooring throughout
  • Major master bathroom remodel with soaker tub, exposed pebble shower floor and tile throughout
  • Fenced and cross fenced for livestock
  • We even built a barn out of trees cleared off our property
