Our first major house remodel – 1905 Farm house
The question is, “what didn’t we do?”

- Complete kitchen remodel – painted cabinets, tile counter tops and back splash, recessed can lighting
- Added a walk-in pantry

- Replaced heating system
- Removed and supported a load bearing wall to open up entryway

Made our Farm House feel like a breeze…and smell like a rose.
We got a deal on a house with property that was saturated in cat urine and had been described as a giant litter box. Lets just say when demo was done, there were no walls, floors, doors or windows. But you could see the one working toilet from every angle of the house ;0)
